Mexican White Cheese Dip/Sauce direction
Ingredients
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ cup milk
- 8 ounces inexperienced chilies, chopped
- 1 pound white cheese, take away cubes or sliced
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
In a medium cooking pan, add the butter, the milk and also the cheese (cubed or shredded)
Stir unceasingly till the cheese has dissolved
Stir within the inexperienced chilies, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper (if chosen)
Stir till heated through
Add a bit additional milk if the sauce becomes too thick.
Serve like a shot as a dip or as a topping for your favorite foods
