Stuffed Bell Peppers


  • Mince beef
  • Italian sausage
  • 1 will Tomatoe with sauce . its simply to place within the bottom of the pan.
  • Parsley
  • Oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic pepper crushed red pepper
  • season salt
  • 1/2 cup parboiled rice.( i used tjis as a result of its a additional tougher rice it stays along even once over broiled.
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Acadian season
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp condiment
  • 3 bell peppers any color .cut in [*fr1].
  • Parmesan cheese and store cheese jack cheese!


Mix vi tbsp tomatoe sauce with the tsp sugar add it to the lowest of the pan your gonna use to bake the peppers in.

In a giant frying pan add sausage and mince beef sautee till color changes a touch .

then add onion ,oregano ,blackpepper, garlic powder, Acadian season, season salt tomato ketchup and condiment combine well sautee like another 2 miniutes .

Remove to an enormous bowl add rice Parmesan cheese it and blend then add it to the cut peppers

Place within the pan then add additional tomatoe sauce on high store cheese jack cheese.
